Anuradha Harasgama

Bunkering, Shipping, And Supply Chain Management professional with experience in driving performance, business transformation, and operational excellence. Extensive experience of over 30 years in bunkering, and shipping projects, banking and IT, both in Sri Lanka and Australia. He holds Master’s Degrees in Business, Shipping, and Maritime Management and other Professional qualifications from Lloyd’s Maritime Academy. He is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CMILT), UK and several other professional bodies.

Consultant of Imports & Exports Process – Colombo Port City Economic Commission. Retired Director of Customs, Industries and Services, Bonds and ICT Divisions with 40 years of experience, & served as a Consultant to Customs Operations under the Ministry of Finance –Department of Trade & Investment (DTIP), an Advisor to Export Companies (under TIEP Scheme & BOI). Implemented ASYCUDA at Sri Lanka Customs, & Designed ‘THINETH’ for monitoring duty-free imports to the country monitored by Sri Lanka.
